Ingredients:

  • 2-3 pounds ground beef
  • 1 pound pork sausage
  • 2 tbsp dry ranch dressing
  • 2 tbsp ground pepper
  • 1 tbsp kosher salt
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 12 sliced cheddar cheese
  • 12 dinner size rolls
  • Desired condiments

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degree’s.
  2. Place the ground beef in a large bowl. Add the dried ranch dressing, pepper, salt, onion powder and baking soda. Mix together to combine.
  3. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil for easy clean up and spray with vegetable spray.
  4. Press the ground beef into one large patty on the baking sheet. Pressing the ground beef into a square shape makes it very easy to cut into square patties for the sliders.
  5. Bake the ground beef for approximately 20 minutes or until it is fully cooked.
  6. Remove the cooked ground beef from the oven and cut into 12 equal squares.
  7. Place the square patties onto the dinner rolls with a slice of cheese and onion. Serve with your favorite condiments and enjoy!
