Marinated Grilled Klondike Potato Medley

Marinated Grilled Klondike Gourmet Potatoes

  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp season all salt
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Italian seasoning blend herbs
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic, can use powdered garlic
  • 4 cups Klondike Gourmet Potatoes, sliced in half


  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sugar, vegetable oil, vinegar, sugar, mustard, season all salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning blend, onion powder, and minced garlic. Whisk the ingredients together.
  2. Slice the Klondike Gourmet Potatoes in half lengthwise or into quarters lengthwise. Transfer the sliced potatoes into the marinade mixture. Stir to completely coat. At this point you could transfer the potatoes to a large resealable plastic bag or cover the bowl and place them in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
  3. Be sure to stir the marinading potatoes every so often to make sure they are well coated with marinade.
  4. When the potatoes have marinaded, heat your grill so it is hot. Grill each side of the potatoes for 3-5 minutes or until the potatoes are well marked and tender.
  5. Serve these wonderful Marinated Grilled Klondike Gourmet Potatoes with your favorite summertime menu. Enjoy!
