Recipe Courtesy Chef Bryan Woolley

Ingredients:

  • 10-12 chicken wings
  • 4 chicken breast, cut in half
  • 2 large russet potatoes
  • 1 package thinly sliced bacon
  • 5 large carrots
  • 4-6 stalks celery
  • prepared dip
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Place the chicken wings on an aluminum foil line baking sheet you've sprayed it with vegetable spray.
  2. Wrap one strip of bacon around each chicken breast strip and place seam side down on the baking sheet
  3. Cut the russet potatoes in half lengthwise. Depending on how large they are, cut each half into 3-4 slices lengthwise.
  4. Rinse potato wedges and pat dry. Wrap each potato wedge with a strip of bacon with the edge of the bacon on the bottom. Place the prepared bacon potato slices on the baking sheet with the bacon edges on the bottom.
  5. Place the baking sheet in a 350 degree oven that’s been preheated and baking for about 30 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked through and the potato slices are fork tender.
  6. While the pieces are cooking in the oven, julienne cut the carrots and celery for the platter.
  7. Once the meat pieces are fully cooked, remove and arrange around the platter with the carrots and celery sticks. If desired, toss the baked chicken wings with your favorite bbq sauce before arranging on the platter. Place your favorite dip in the center for dipping. Serve and Enjoy!
