Recipe Courtesy Chef Bryan Woolley

  • 1 pound butter, room temperature
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 ½ cups sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp baking soda
  • 2 tbsp vanilla
  • 1 cup peanuts
  • 1/2 cup chocolate covered candy
  • 1/2 cup cashews
  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1 cup Swedish fish
  • 1 cups cherry flavored craisins
  • 6 cups flour
  • Cream together butter and sugars for about 3 minutes.

  1. Add the eggs one at a time and completely incorporate each egg before adding the next one.
  2. Add the salt, baking soda, and vanilla and blend into batter. Be sure to scrape the sides of the bowl to incorporate all of the ingredients.
  3. Add the peanuts, chocolate covered candy, cashews, almonds, Swedish fish, and craisins.
  4. Add the flour and blend everything together until incorporated
  5. Drop desired cookie dough size onto a prepared baking sheet. I fit about a dozen per baking sheet.
  6. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for about 11-14 minutes or until desired color is reached. Every oven is different so adjust cooking times as needed.
