Homemade Cookie Butter

Ingredients:

  • 1 package honey Graham Cookies (3 reserved)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4-1/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 2 tbsp softened butter

Directions:

  1. In the bowl of your food processor pulse the 3 reserved graham cracker until they are crumbs. Transfer to the reserved crumbs to a small dish and set aside.
  2. Add the remaining package of graham crackers to the bowl of your food processor and pulse until they are crumbs.
  3. Add the lemon juice, brown sugar, evaporated milk and butter. Puree everything together until well blended and smooth.
  4. Transfer the cookie butter to a bowl and fold in the reserved graham cracker crumbs.
  5. Once everything is blended together, transfer to a clean bowl and serve with your favorite cookie and enjoy!
