Fun Dips for Chicken Wings, Vegetables or Anything

Sriracha and Blue Cheese Dip

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup Sriracha or to taste
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/3 cup freshly chopped green onion
  • 1/2 cup freshly chopped cilantro (can substitute parsley)
  • salt and pepper to taste

BBQ and Hot Sauce Dip

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup prepared bbq sauce
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce
  • Chopped cilantro or parsley if desired
  • salt and pepper to taste

Ranch Dip

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1 tbsp granulated garlic
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp dried dill
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup freshly chopped cilantro or parsley
  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. To make any of the three dips above combine the ingredients for the desired dip into a large bowl and mix the ingredients together with large spoon or spatula. Don’t use a whisk, whereas it liquify the sour cream and mayonnaise to much.
  2. During the show I combined the Sriracha and blue cheese dip with the BBQ and hot sauce dip to create an additional fourth dip.
  3. Serve these dips with baked chicken wings and BBQ meatballs. I baked off frozen meatballs and tossed them in BBQ sauce to create the BBQ meatballs.
  4. Be sure to have a good selection of chopped of vegetables (celery, carrots, broccoli, cherry tomatoes…) to go with the dips as well. Enjoy!
