Chicken Broccoli Casserole

Chicken Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 1 can cream of broccoli soup (10.5 ounce can)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup fresh salsa
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 cups chopped broccoli
  • 2 cups chopped chicken (fully cooked)
  • 1 cups shredded cheddar cheese, plus 1 cup to topping
  • 1/2 cup Italian style bread crumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl combine the cream of broccoli soup, sour cream, fresh salsa 1/2 cup milk, chopped broccoli, fully cooked chopped chicken, and 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. Mix everything together to combine. Salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish that has been sprayed with vegetable spray.
  3. Sprinkle the additional cup of shredded cheddar cheese over the top followed by the bread crumbs.
  4. Place the chicken broccoli casserole onto a baking sheet and into a preheated 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes or until the casserole is bubbling and the cheese has fully melted on top.
  5. Serve with your favorite artisan bread and enjoy!
