Beef Skirt Steak Pinwheels

Ingredients:

  • 1 skirt steak, butterflied
  • 1/3 cup steak seasoning
  • 4 cups prepared stuffing
  • 8 pieces large salami (or your choice)
  • 8 pieces provolone cheese (or your choice)
  • String
  • Skewers

Directions:

  1. If your not sure how to butterfly the steak, simply cut through the steak horizontally about 2/3’rds of the way through. Fold it open and press down to flatten it.
  2. Sprinkle the steak seasoning over the butterflied steak.
  3. Spread the prepared stuffing, large salami pieces and provolone cheese over the stuffing.
  4. Roll prepared skirt steak into a roll like you would cinnamon rolls.
  5. Tie about 2 inch sections with cooking string off and place a large skewers all the way through the meet right next to the string.
  6. Cut the skirt steak into rolls. Place them on the grill and grill each side for about 5-6 minutes or until they reach about 120-125 degree’s Fahrenheit internally. You can cook them however long you need to reach the desired doneness you like.
  7. Serve with grilled asparagus and corn on the cob. Enjoy!
