Recipe Courtesy Chef Bryan Woolley
Ingredients:
- 1 3-4 pound beef roast (chuck or round)
- 1 medium size onion
- 3 onion cloves
- 1 tbsp prepared steak rub (like Montreal Steak Seasoning
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Combine the onion, cloves, prepared steak rub, ground cumin, olive oil, salt and pepper into the bowl of a food processor. Set aside until ready to use.
- Using a sharp knife, poke about 6-7 holes into the roast randomly.
- Rub the prepared marinade all over the roast and push it down in the holes you poked in the roast.
- Place the roast on the rotisserie and cook. Remember, when you are cooking a beef roast on a rotisserie, you can carve off the meat when the desired doneness is reached. Continue carving/cooking and serving as needed. Enjoy!
